BL Seah, Country Manager, Singapore

As Country Manager for MRI China Group-Singapore, BL is responsible for growing the team’s presence, focusing on specialization areas across industries and functions. Working together with offices in China, Hong Kong and Taiwan, BL and her team of specialist consultants aim to provide tailored solutions to clients’ talent needs and partner candidates in their career development.

BL’s extensive experience serves her well in helping clients and candidates alike. She develops long term relationships and has placed roles locally and regionally, such as Country/General Managers/COOs/MDs, Regional Sales & Marketing Manager/Directors, Business Development Managers/Directors and Commercial Directors/VPs.

Prior to joining The MRI China Group, BL was a Practice Director at Hudson Global Resources, where she developed her career in recruitment/search. Starting as a Consultant, where she built a successful portfolio, she eventually led teams in Consumer, Industrial, Engineering/Operations, Supply Chain & Procurement and Healthcare Practices.

Prior to Hudson, BL spent 2 years with an eminent outdoor media company and 10 years with the helicopter division of one of the world’s largest defense/aerospace groups. Her experience included project management as well as regional sales and marketing.

BL holds a Bachelor of Business Degree from the National University of Singapore and an MBA from HEC, France.
